On Bachstrasse in Buchs in the canton of Aargau, a multi-family house was built in timber construction, which was originally planned as a reinforced concrete structure. The TS3 technology made it possible to change the material in the planning phase.

The residential building at Eidmattstrasse 14 in Zurich, built in 1967, was renovated and two storeys were added.

The apartment building in Zurich Wollishofen is built entirely in wood, including the staircase. In this building on the Aspweg hill, six new apartments were created, distributed over two full floors and an attic.
